Can you translate my document?

How do you ensure quality?
All of our translators have passed our certification process and have at least 5 years of translation experience. All documents are proofread before you receive the final product.
Do you do high volume translation?
All translations are completed by human translators. We do not offer machine translation services.

How much does it cost?
Our standard price is $23 per page with a maximum of 250 words for Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Russian and Italian. The price does not include formatting on select documents. For any other language you can request a quote and we will be happy to assist you.

What is a certified translation?
A certified translation is a translation accompanied by a signed statement attesting that the translation is accurate and complete to the best of the translator’s knowledge and ability. Any translator or translation company may “certify” a translation. – American Translators Association
How do I request a revision on my translation?
If you would like an edit to your translation you can email the change directly to us and we will adjust it. We do not charge for editing.
Who requires a certified translation?
Certified translations are normally needed for legal proceedings, immigration and universities.

USCIS stands for United States Citizenship and Immigration Services – the government agency that oversees lawful immigration to the United States.
How much does it cost for mailing?
We charge $15 for priority mailing with tracking number.
Do you notarize documents?
We charge $28 for notary which also includes priority mailing of the original documents.
